How to Give
1) Online
a. Follow the link below to the Sports Outreach donation page.

b. Fill out the form, select Uganda under “Is this a donation for a trip”
c. Enter my name (STEPHANIE BLACK) under “I would like my donation designated to this person, program or where needed most”

2) By Mail
a. Make a check out to Sports Outreach
b. Put my name and Uganda in the memo field
c. Mail to: Sports Outreach Institute - PO Box 11855 - Lynchburg, VA 24506
