We Love You Moms

​We are so excited to celebrate our Moms and Mother figures on Sunday! We will even have a gift for all the moms in attendance. What are you doing to celebrate the Mom in your life? We might recommend brunch, some flowers, a card, or personal craft. You could take special photos for them to display proudly for all of their friends to see as they brag on you as their child or grandchild.

How about this…? How about you invite them to come to church to worship beside you. As a parent, one of the most important things to me is that my kids love the Lord deeply and sincerely. To watch them worship God is the greatest gift they could give me. Our goal this Sunday is to glorify God, encourage and care for each other, and honor the Mothers in attendance.

I will be preaching on the story of Hagar. If you haven’t heard about Hagar you are in for a treat. She actually names God. How cool is that? Typically God is telling us His name or attributes and Hagar actually gives God a name! You only have a few days left, be intentional and invite someone to join you in church.
