Grief is one of the most difficult and painful journeys we can walk through in life. It can feel isolating, confusing, and overwhelming. If you or someone you know is navigating the loss of a loved one, we want you to know you are not alone.
Our church will be hosting a GriefShare support group, and we invite you to join us. Robert Leinen and Kathy Medlin will be facilitating the class.
What is GriefShare?
A GriefShare support group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. It’s a place where you can be around others who “get it” and who are also on the path toward healing.
Through this 13-week group, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability, and gain solid support each step of the way.
