At Grace Church, our desire is to help you grow in your faith in Jesus Christ.
We offer opportunities like teaching, Sunday School classes, and small groups to help you deepen your walk with God. Our hope is to see you thriving in your commitment to Him. To walk by faith in the Spirit rather than relying on your own strength. We want to see each of us loving the Lord our God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength and loving our neighbors as ourselves. Our prayer is that each life would be a living sacrifice, wholly devoted to worshiping the Almighty.
But spiritual growth isn’t just about study, it’s also about connection.
We long to see real friendships form, discipleship take root, and a community where we grow together as brothers and sisters in Christ. That kind of fellowship takes time and often a step beyond our comfort zones. So, throughout the year, we plan events that create space to casually meet others and build relationships that can sharpen and shape us into who God has called us to be.
Sometimes it begins with a meal, sharing bread, or for us men, it’s juicy meat. Sometimes it’s over a game, a little healthy competition, or just a relaxing conversation in the shade. And sometimes, it’s the joy of laughter doing something ridiculous our wives might not approve of.
Man Day is one of those days.
No prep required—just show up and enjoy a day outdoors. We’ve got games (competitive and chill), plenty of food, a soda in your hand if that’s your style, and activities like axe throwing, shooting, and the now-legendary belly flop contest (yes, really). It’s the perfect day to meet someone new, bond with old friends, and just be together.
Bring a friend. Bring your appetite. Bring your sense of humor.
