The Church invites people to all sorts of events. Come to the toy giveaway! Sign-up for VBS! Come with me to Summer Camp! Men’s and Women’s Retreats anyone? There is almost always something going on to invite someone to.
Are you inviting people?
On Sunday’s, we invite people to respond to what they have just heard preached. We invite people to join us in worship and singing praise. We pass an offering plate and invite people to join us in giving joyfully, generously and sacrificially. When was the last time you invited someone to church and told them you would save them a seat? Invite them, it’s okay if they say “no.”
We also invite people who don’t have a bible to use the one under the seat in front of them and if they want it, they can have it! I have some great news…people are taking the Bibles! When we took all the chairs down and reset the sanctuary after the toy giveaway, we noticed a bunch of Bibles were missing. We are so excited to order more Bibles in hopes that people will continue to receive our invitation to take one with them.
I hope that God uses this blog posting to encourage you about what He is already doing through the ministries of Grace Church Kelseyville, but also to give you courage to invite others to join in and be part.

- Christmas Even Candlelight Service/Pageant December 24th @6:30pm
- Youth: Epic Midnight Madness December 31st 6pm
- Missionary Visit from John Ramey January 4th in both services
- Vision Sunday pt. 1 and 2 January 11th and 18th
