This week, we’re rolling out the welcome mat for the kids in our community with an Easter Egg Hunt that’s sure to be a hopping good time! Picture this: little legs darting all over the lawn, gathering as many eggs as their tiny hands can carry. It’s like a mini Olympic event—only with more chocolate and fewer medals!
When we tell the kiddos that there are 2,000 eggs hidden just for them, their eyes go wide as saucers. I mean, who wouldn’t want to join in the fun? This event is an excellent way to have our unchurched parents consider this their gentle nudge (wink wink) to bring your little egg hunters to church. After all, what better way to encourage the whole family to gather than on a day when we celebrate the Risen Christ? It’s a joyous occasion where both Sunday School and Adult Church will share the message of Easter—the ultimate story of hope and redemption, where Christ died but rose again to be our perfect sacrifice. Talk about a reason to gather!
And that’s not all! We’re also introducing a fabulous photo booth area! Because let’s be honest, we all know that moms love to capture those moments when everyone is dressed in their Sunday best—even if one or two family members might be pulling a funny face or two!
