We are especially blessed by the many people that contribute their time, treasure, and talents to making ministry effective here at Grace Church. There are all sorts of ways that you too can be part of a rich rewarding ministry that takes place on, and off, of our campus. Below is just a short list of several other ministries that you may consider being a part of.

  • Greeters
  • Coffee and Cake Break on Sunday
  • Information Booth
  • Facilities and Maintenance
  • Lawn Care
  • Home Visitation
  • Providing Rides to Church
  • Widow Ministry
  • Open Arms Ministry
  • Discipleship
  • Worship
  • Disaster Relief
  • And Others

It doesn’t stop there. Maybe YOU have an idea for another great way to reach out to the community. Come on in and let’s talk together about the possibilities that can be created.

The Open Arms ministry volunteers gather weekly to pray and serve hot meals to any hungry man, woman, or child. Through these collaborative efforts, we also offer basic needs like hot showers, hygiene kits, haircuts, and clean clothing. While meeting some very basic needs, we get to extend a listening ear and a comforting word. In doing so, we are given opportunities to share the Gospel and our love of Jesus Christ.

Our Widow and Widower Ministry surrounds those walking through the loss of a spouse with Christ-centered love, care, and practical support. We walk alongside you through every season by offering pastoral counseling, GriefShare groups, and one-on-one spiritual encouragement, as well as assistance with budgeting and financial resources. To meet tangible daily needs, our volunteer team also provides practical help with home repairs, yard work, house cleaning, visits, and transportation to worship or appointments.

Meal Ministry

Life gets hard sometimes, and simply getting a meal can be a huge blessing. These folks coordinate, cook, and deliver a meal in times of need.

Knitting Ministry

Projects include making caps for both babies and chemotherapy patients every Thursday from 10 am to 12 pm.

Angels of Grace

Visitation and assistance for shut-ins and others is the gifting for this group of saints. They keep in close contact with those who aren’t able to join us on a weekly basis
